My experience at Sip Espresso today reminded me why I love trying new cafés so much. Meeting other people who are just as passionate about coffee as I am really inspires me! Today I met Sip owners Rene and his partner, both with a Chilean heritage; together they made a formidable team working... Read more

Hidden at the back of an office entrance in Queen St it was only the familiarity of my co-workers that took me there. I... Read more

This place is an institution for Brisbane coffee lovers. The Chileans that run it are passionate about their coffee and are extremely friendly. The have numerous regulars and still manage to know you by your name and always remember your order. The coffee is always spot on and never inconsistent.
