  Good, consistent coffee (it's Di Bella, which I'm not normally a fan of, but like others who have commented I agree this is a standout example of it) and always friendly staff, this is a good spot to sit and hide away from the city for a while.

  I have had many morning coffees at this lovely establishment when I was working in the CBD. Comfortable and relaxing surroundings. They serve Di Bella coffee which I am not a great fan of but it was a pleasure to drink at Extract. Always hot, relatively smooth with just the right amount of froth.... Read more

  Di bella coffee is not always the best coffee. There is always a dry rasp after taste on the palate and the throat afterwards all the time. The staff are nice and friendly. It would be a good place to go for lunch to escape out of the busy city. Coffee is not great, try ordering a pot of tea instead.

  Staff are friendly. The hotel lobby style setting (lots of space, high ceilings, etc.) isn't my thing - too sterile. Coffee was well made, but I'm not a fan of the Di Bella.
