i had very pleasant coffee at U&I. nice retro furniture that doesn't stink like some cafes that share the similar style. coffee was well extracted and left crisp after taste. the young owner and staff are so friendly and accommidating. they love what they are doing and serving customers. the cafe has a homey feel that you would love to stay. the locatiin however is a downside as it's facing busy waterworks road. they also don't have aircons so those who can't put up with summer heat may visit early morning or avoid summer. still U&I is a great cafe that offers quality coffee

lovely, very nice indeed. Barista/owner is very motivated to source and serve great coffee, and glad to see small-batch, artisan roaster Dramanti on board. Some simple but tasty food, yet again focus is on coffee. Good job
