  I wish I had found this cafe earlier in the day. I think if I did I would have sat there all day and just enjoyed the experience. This cafe is obviously a treasure for this part of Sydney and this was evident by the amount of people stopping for lunch.

  The latte I had seemed darker, and more bitter than I prefer but the quality is there. Although it wasn't my cup of coffee the bacon was the best I've ever had and worth returning for alone.

  Was expecting too much I think. Went for the in house sit down and piccolo was good but not greatness. A touch too hot but the flavours improved after it cooled down. House blend was a bit boring. Might try them again.

  If you run a cafe in Sydney and think you know coffee but haven't visited Single Origin you are still asleep and must WAKE UP NOW.

  Another round of flat whites with perfectly rich crema top to bottom made by Morrissey haircut guy. Excellent poached eggs on sourdough. Discovered that the bacon is salt brine cured in house and is nitrate free. Smiles all round.
