  Has to be the only place in Surry hills I wouldn't go back. I have given them a couple goes and the coffee is not good. Has a lot of people sitting out the front so you think it's going to be great but no. Worth going a across the road or round the corner!

  One of my favourite places for brekkie meetings, Kawa has fantastic coffee and damn good food. But that's almost a side point here - Kawa has atmosphere in spades, it's a great place to sit and talk or just watch the crowds idle by...

  Fantastic place. One of my favourites in Surry Hills.
  
  Although the service is very slow, the food is wholesome, fresh and delicious and with generous servings, too.

  I love the coffee here, but the atmosphere and food is what keeps me coming back. House baked beans for breakfast, chicken loaf sandwich for lunch. Great service.
