  3 months again since my previous visit. The welcome is always friendly and today my flat white was made with a Rwandan single origin bean. Smooth with a hint of acidity that cut through the milk.

  Service = Excellent These guys certainly know their stuff! Coffee blend is smooth, however in my opinion, a little on the weak side. Will be back for seconds.

  To anyone wanting a really decent coffee and brownie in the Rockdale area - definitely the cafe to go to is Swallow! Excellent atmosphere, service, music and the coffee is one of the best! Thx guys - awesome!

  Awesome! Nothing like a barista who takes pride in his coffee. Single Origin Piccolo was just great. Food was great as well.

  Been to Swallow many times and the coffee is consistently great...it's our favourite coffee in Sydney (at this stage!)

  No wonder the barista asked where I'd been! According to Beanhunter it's been three months since my last review. Today's single origin was from El Salvador. It was smooth and balanced but not as strong a coffee as I prefer. Can't knock the consistency and service though. 12/02/2013

  Single Origin day at Swallow 7/8/2012. Tanzanian Blackburn Estate (again). Nice in my usual flat white. If you haven't tried Swallow Coffee Traders yet, do yourself a favour and make the effort.

  I've been back twice since my last review. Both times on a Tuesday so as to enjoy a different single origin. The most recent was from Kenya. As always, the coffee is great no matter where it comes from as the team at Swallow do a great job with them all.

  I remembered today was Single Origin day so made my way to Rockdale before they ran out. Luck was with me today and got to enjoy a lovely flat white and some chit chat with Jess (who remembered that I drink flat whites).
