  Today I drank an espresso made with a Bolivian single origin bean, followed by a piccolo using a Sulawesi Toraja. Both were great, as usual.

  A cafe that lives up to its name. I've managed to drop by during my short trip to Sydney to have a latte. A really balance taste of coffee to my liking. The environment not really to pleasing due to limited seats, but hey, it's all about the coffee!

  So the real scope is "COFFEE"!

  After traveling overseas.....I have now realized that Australia is the worlds best at coffee, and for me Alchemy is the best, although I havn't tried them all but I'm working on it.... Coffee here is the best !.

  The usual great coffees this morning, flat white was full of characters, nuts chocolate and just the right amount of acidity. Single origin espresso was equally stellar! Sumatra has this funky dark fruit aromatic which was fantastically different!

  Ten out of ten everytime for this cafe....I only ever get a takeaway coffee and to be honest the only negative and I mean the only negative for this place is the seating area. it is not really a cafe you would casually sit in and enjoy a coffee on a Lazy sunday morning.

  Never fails to deliver on coffee. A quiet kickback little cafe that always serves amazing coffee, although would be good if they offered some kind of food to go with their coffee. Non the less one of the best in Sydney.

  Absolutely loved coffee here, loaded myself up with it while I was here!! 2 coffees in house and a piccolo for the road, Every coffee beautifully extracted, smooth with perfect temperature on the milk, best coffee in Sydney! Would love to see one in the CBD.

  Took a detour on the long weekend and it was hands down best coffee I have ever had. First piccolo was sublime, textured perfectly and citrusy bright. Second piccolo was just as magical but dark chocolate-ly This is what coffee is all about. Amazeballs.
