  Consistently horrible coffee, served in dirty crockery. Been here a couple of times and certainly unimpressed.

  I feel like Thyme square has improved its game since I was last here. Coffee could still be better, but service is good and muesli is fantastic.

  Poor choices of coffee beans, no body and really bitter after taste , prefer they using Toby's years ago. Excellent latte art skills of the guys behind the machine and friendly service certainly helps the cafe look a lot better.

  The coffee I had here today was amazing! Seven rosettas! Service is always fairly pleasant, but the coffee... man, I've been in Hornsby my whole life and never had a coffee in Hornsby like this.

  This is hard to find and has no atmosphere. However, the coffee is the best is Hornsby if you need a quick take-away.

  Always has great coffee. I often go there to do a bit of work out of the office. The environment is always friendly.

  Shop is a bit bright and white, not much atmosphere.
  Coffee wasn't all that good. They use good beans so had nice smell, but the barista didn't get the aromas into the cup.

  They don\'t use Tobys coffee anymore they are using a new blend jack and the bean I think it\'s called it\'s the most amazing coffee I have tried went for breakfast today great service friendly staff and incredible food best cafe in Hornsby

  Located at a quiet spot, warm&welcoming feel as i walked in. I have found my latte ' got pretty average espresso but really impressive latte art. Would still go back for a second try.

  Hmmm coffee here is quite acceptable , even though it might be quite Hot at times ,I dont think the beans that they use are anything outstanding , but there is much worse in hornsby ,

  Not bad service and the brekky was ok, but the coffee was pretty average, luke warm temperature and my take away latte never gets topped full cup bit disappointed.

  Thyme Square recently started using \"jack in the bean\" coffee. They use jacks signature blend, one of my personal favorites. It\'s great that the place is also open 7 days till late. Great for a beer on Friday evenings this time of year! Highly recommend!!

  I tried this shop based on the reviews I saw on this app, and I gotta say I was pretty disappointed.
  Maybe expectations were too high, but a cafe rated in the 7's on this app should at least produce very impressive coffee.

  Had Valentines dinner there. The soft lighting created a nice romantic atmosphere. It was amazing. We had a four course meal for a fixed price.
