  $4.30 for a cappacino that mad my bad day worse.. Very disappointed at the coffee; wish I had checked beanhunter before going!

  Had a short black, although I don't know if I can call it 'short', a bit too long for me, not a lot of crema. But the lemon and cardomom friand was awesome! Nice atmosphere too, pleasant staff!

  This is the pick of the bunch in Hornsby. Quaint and enjoyable atmosphere with better than average coffee. It ain't perfect, but it'll dull the caffeine "receptor beasts".

  Large flat white, quite intense flavour, not wussy like some local cafes can make it. Nice silky crema, with slight bitter aftertaste, but overall very good for Hornsby.

  Service was lacking in basic manners...felt as though I was intruding. Asked for a double shot flat white and got a reasonable cap...at least the soup was ok!

  Good spot with the umbrellas outside. This used to be my favourite coffee in Hornsby, but after 4 dud coffees in a row I tore up the coffee card and went elsewhere. The cap tasted like warm milk, couldn't even taste any coffee.

  Big cult following. Though after at least five times going there I still cannot understand why. The guy who works there isn\'t pleasant. I always wait even if I\'m the only one in the shop. It\'s off my list particularly with a better Cafe round the corner.

  This is a lovely cafe on the dingy side of Hornsby. They have a great set up, good menu and consistently good service. While they may not be using the worlds\' best coffee, or have a world champion barrista, their coffe is tasty and consistent, and over breakfast, what more can you ask?

  Lovely coffee but horrendously bad and slow service. Waited for 50 minutes for food and when asked waiting staff/manager how long it would he snapped, 'right now' very rudely. There are definitely places that serve better coffee, without inducing prior dehydration and with a smile. Would not return.

  Service was very poor. I found the owner very rude. His mannerism and tone made me feel awful. Food was ok but I will never be back.
