  Consistent top quality coffee! Perfect espressos - great milk - all baristas take great pride in their work and are extremely friendly. Great food also - savory muffins are insane.   Great coffee - the baristas really know what they're doing. Quality in the cup, every time. The Canadian guy and dreadlocked fella are my favorites. Good range of food, friendly service. Could be better ventilated, as it is a small cafe. Overall, fantastic.

  Excellent coffee, they get some good Single Origins in as well. Not usually a fan of Allpress Coffee but the baristas know what they're on about so you get a good cup everytime. A top spot.

  If I am in the area, i.e. anywhere in the northern beaches this is where I go for coffee. Like the other reviewer I have not had a bad, or even average coffee at the butchers cafe. The barista is always happy for a chat, even when he is busy.
