Beautiful, flavoursome coffee. Random location, random fit out, great burgers. What more could you ask for?

Friendly staff, nice grunge decor, comfy seats, good coffee, simple but tasty food. After 2 visits I'm hooked. Sure they forgot my coffee order last time, but they genuinely apologised and corrected their error quickly.

On a sunny Sunday morning it was a pleasant place to be sitting inside looking at the people and bikes. All we wanted was coffee and it took quite a while to appear. One of us thought her cap was too bitter, another said hers was ok and my macchiato was ok. I think a long black is the true test so... Read more

Coffee doesn't always look appealing, but usually tastes pretty good. Need to work on pouring. I love the baked beans.

I gave this place a 2nd chance as my 1st visit, the coffee was horrid! can't say that the gap between visits has shown any improvements! even my wife thought it was bad and she's not that fussy! its too bad because they are not giving their coffee supplier Remedy any justice as they roast fantastic... Another funky inner city gem, decked out with neat motorbikes and a fun vibe. Wasn't expecting too much from the coffee but was pleasantly surprised. Sarah was behind the machine and did a great job. Milk was just the right temp and the espresso was a bit mild but extracted well.

Had low expectations, was pleasantly surprised. Would go back but it's an awkward location. Still, I recommend giving it a go at least once.

Saturday morning short blacks where the go this morning. Knowing that local roaster Stephen Frame was in charge of their house blend made me pretty comfortable that we were going get the goods.
The Shots were nice and short and pretty mellow. I would say these would fall under the class of... Read more

Great coffee, great atmosphere, great service. We had breakfast here recently on a rainy Sunday and felt so cosy and comfortable under one of the indoor heaters, could have stayed there all morning. Highly recommend giving it a go if you're looking for somewhere new to visit in Newcastle.

Popped in as I was driving past and knew the place had recently opened. I had heard a little bio of the place and noticed it seemed to be inspired by the Deus (Ex Machina) motorcycle company/cafe located in Sydney.

I was pleasantly surprised by the local "Wickham blend" coffee that... Read more

Waited 30 mins for 2 take away flat whites. They did say there would be a wait but I didn't expect that! Was hoping it would be worth the wait but was bitterly disappointed! Tasted like they had used cream that was on the way out instead of milk. Burnt tasting. Won't go back...

I had heard of this place but didn't know where to find it, and really didn't look. BIG mistake.
What a fantastic concept cafe with old and new motorcycles, push bikes and an eclectic mix of furniture. The atmosphere was great and the place was busy.
That being said, I expected a wait... Read more

YUM! Friendly, patient staff. Excellent, quickly served coffee. Regularly take friends and family to this wonderful cafe! Love the retro motorcycles on display. Feels grungy without being dirty or slack on service. Food is also simple, cheap and quality. Keep it up guys!

Not the first time I have been to this café, but I have to say that each time I leave it is quite impressionable. A huge, cosy and well-used space, the coffee is either good or great (depending on the barista usually) but at least it is consistently positive. My Flat White was quite good, however... Read more

The atmosphere is amazing...not what I expected at all. Great people with wonderful personalities and so much experience. The coffee was great, normally I am not a coffee drinker but tried one at Motorcycle Co. and thats the only place I get my coffee's from now... best coffee around town for me.

We Love this place. Good old fashioned customer service and comfortable lounges gives it a relaxing yet funcky feel. The food always tastes great, it's simple and freshly made, the coffee is awesome, nothing else like it in Newcastle.

I came here on opening day, and again for the official launch, and religiously each weekend for about two months afterward. Initially the coffee needed some work – the roast has always been great, just the finished product needed a bit of a touch up – and everything on the menu had olives in... Read more

What more can I say. My soy latte was great (Bonsoy used), food was great and service was spot on. Staff are really nice and the place is kid friendly. Heaps of space, parking is good. This is the kind of place Newcastle has needed for a long time. We even bought a couple of t-shirts.

Fantastic atmosphere, great to go somewhere a bit different to your average cafe. Service and food were great, and the coffee even better, again a bit different to the regular cafe around town, definitely worth a visit, Im now a regular!

Had a great experience, Nice to see that you can order a soy coffee and always get Bonsoy most other shops will serve you an alternate soy unless you ask for Bonsoy then charge extra.

I travel to Newcastle regularly from Sydney and I have to say I have "finally" found a cafe that serves the kind of high standard caffinofiles will travel long distances for. Today I had a strong soy latte, the bean on bean experience. First tick was they use bonsoy...tick. Next was the the depth... Read more

Great coffee, good service and the right vibe. The house blend was very smooth and I found it hard to stop at two long blacks. The food is excellent. I had lunch, selecting the Wickham Burger, which I would strongly recommend. I look forward to my next visit.

We enjoyed the coffee. Strong but smooth. Only problem was milk was slightly overheated.
