First time here and certainly won't be the last. My coffee was great. The service was good and quick. The cardamom cake was delicious. The breakfast menu looked interesting not the same old same old. Can't wait to go back and try it!

Given how busy this place was at the time, their coffee, service and food were excellent. Efficient and friendly staff. No complaints!

Flavour was not bad, perhaps slightly on the too weak side. Temperature was good. Food prices were excessive however did not appear to be a detergent given popularity.

Great service, attentive staff. Always remember you even if it has been a while between visits. Peaberry's coffee is ok but they do a good job with it. Coffee quality varies a bit with business and barista.

Coffee is to weak to shine through the milk in a cap. Staff must have thought I was made of glass since they served the two people that came in after me first, even though I made eye contact with them.

The coffee was great first time around. Took my husband there for breakfast and it's was disappointing. The coffee was too hot and the milk not textured. not to mention the breakfast was so so. Very disappointing since I have heard so much of this place.

Quality of the organic ingredients and well prepared meals with friendly staff add up to a great breakfast experience. However, it's a shame they use a Peaberry's blend which is weak and over-rated :( Sadly, I go for the breakfast and then catch a coffee down the street.

Love the food, simple but tasty. Quality of the produce is top rate.
An army of staff so there was no chance for slow service.
A busy place and gets a good atmosphere happening in an otherwise bland room. The product does the talking.

III Bean serve delicious Peaberry's Espresso - always perfectly balanced, beautiful to the eye and the palate. But sitting in a giant echoing glass arcade next to a towering poster of Jerry Seinfeld wasn't quite my style. Still - a reliable coffee in a nice part of town.
