  Had a good coffee and breakfast here recently. Not sure why my last review was deleted but here goes again. Not the best coffee on Darby but definitely a contender.

  Solid coffee. Ordered a couple of double shot lattes. Smokey flavour, smooth milk, no art. I liked it, wife wasn't super excited.

  I never get coffee here anymore, a few months ago I came in what seemed like everyday but I don't bother anymore. The coffee doesn't stop me going in though I love there varieties of food, its a shame that the coffee couldn't match.

  Not a big fan...coffee is good but there's definately better out there. 3 Monkeys strikes me as the place to "be seen drinking coffee". The waits are long and its often over crowded without justification.

  I always find myself adding a lot of sugar to Three Monkeys coffee, wether that's my own issue but it's bitter as all get out... The barista doesn't make a difference either.

  I always find the wait annoying. They seem to stuggle with this from time to time. The coffee is nice but fairly bland. I would recommend a short black or piccolo.

  Fourth visit back to Darby St in the last year. 3 caffeine hits per day habit. None better than the Monkeys to get the monkey off my back. Ant runs a fun crew, mostly local regulars beating me in the queue, thick with colour, humor and flavour. I'll be back.

  This is my choice of cafes when I'm on Darby st. The staff here are great, particularly the male waiter that often serves me. Smoothee selection is great also. I think the coffee could be better.
