  Seams like a popular spot. Seating available inside or out. Don't sit to the right of the counter you feel the vibration of every movement of the staff making coffee. Not a pleasant experience.

  Wow, coffee is pretty good. Maybe a little on the hot side but good. Can say I will be back. And no extra for a double shot extra points.

  Called through Glen Innes on a work trip and used BeanHunter to find this exceptional, little cafe. I loved the atmosphere (clean, minimalistic yet adorable with charm and an amazing written mural on the wall) and the service was just brilliant.   Haven't stopped in Glen Innes before. Glad I did! Found them by the "Coffee not made by clowns" sign - well done! Good coffee, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Be aware - cash only.

  Passing through on a trip so just got a take away coffee which was delicious. Sorry we didn't have time to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Staff very friendly. They also had a toilet which was handy for travellers. Great coffee, highly recommend

  I'm a Glen Innes local and have tried all of the coffee shops intown. Nothing compares to The Coffee Incident. Consistantly great coffee and the staff are ALWAYS fantastic. Listen to the locals, you won't get a better coffee in Glen Innes.

  Great coffee and fabulous staff. With home made cakes and a lovely feel it is a must visit coffee shop.
