  A wonder surprise in Armidale. Sophisticated, great menu, house baked bread and, most importantly, excellent coffee. I had 3 espressos over 2 days and I was very impressed. Strong, robust, oily, and very viscous. Great!

  Good Coffee. Helpful service. My only gripe is that the beans they sold me were past their best. I tried them in my VBM espresso, plunger, stove top and cupping.

  Holy caffeinated beverage Batman... these boys produce coffee with more than your average dose of 'kapow'. Robust and complex coffee with the best bread this side of Gotham City. Citizens of Armidale, you're in good hands.

  Service a little on the slow side and unfortunately there were no pastries or snacks left when we got there at 3:15pm. On the other hand, coffee was good.

  Really good coffee. Interesting food-I had Phuket eggs which were very good. The baking looked top notch too. Great atmosphere although a bit cool if you aren't acclimatised to the tablelands chill.

  This place has certainly not closed down!! Pumping on a tuesday morning. Plenty of food, cakes and great coffee and don't forget to pick-up a loaf of the magnificent bread.

  GREAT little find. Nice decor and ambiance. Coffee is great, and fruit toast was to die for. Wood fire pizza on a friday was also fantastic. Service a little slow and haphazard, but then again maybe i need to adjust to a slower pace of life in the country...

  The Goldfish Bowl has changed location and is in a better spot in my opinion. The coffee was excellent. The place had a nice feel and was busy which indicates they have hit the spot.

  Perfect coffee and pastries were awesome. They had two single origins available the day i was there- El Salvador and Sumatran from memory. open friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth the visit. Only negative is they don't seem to be open sundays haha.

  I've been known to travel 200km out of my way to frequent either the goldfish bowl espresso bar or the goldfish bowl bakery.
  Awesome food. Awesome coffee.

  What a fantastic cafe organic woodfired sourdough, handmade pastries, specialty coffee roasted on site, their coffee is up there with the best in the country, keep up the good work! Armidale is very lucky to have a cafe like this.

  Great take out coffee! We visited twice and got consistantly good coffee. Definitely worth stopping in.
