    Been a while since I last visited. Still good, still fast, still friendly. Coffee was better than I remembered, but I think it was just better textured milk. I'm glad Canberra has a place that is so reliable.

    Grabbed a shorty here the other day when I was passing. This place gets raved about, so consequentially, I had to check it.

    Coffee was average at best, and the service was mixed. One waitress was fantastic, the other two were appalling. Atmosphere is good though so I guess that's something, right? Right guys?

    Always a great vibe and the place to be on sun/sat morning so get in early or be prepared to wait. Coffee is great and food is too.. But a bit exy.

    Ordered my large, strong café latte first and received it last - after people who arrived and ordered 5min later. Coffee that was delivered was wrong and had to be made again, incurring an extra 5min wait. Latte that was finally delivered was good, but couldn't erase the bitter taste from the poor... Read more

    Update - dropped down a notch.

    Over the past few months I have been consistently underwhelmed by my once favourite haunt. I'm not saying the coffee is bad - its not! It's just not as good as it used to be. The coffee is not as rich as I remember.

    It may not be the best coffee I've ever had, but there's a consistency and drinkability that makes it work. Inoffensive and done right it would benefit from better beans and a little less rush.

    This is a nice cafe to stop by if you are in the area. Good sunlight which is pretty rare for Canberra cafe's. The coffee is quite nice without being amazing. The service is ok but again not stellar. Good atmosphere with always plenty going on and plenty of people about.

    Had a takeaway Flat White. Good temp, good milk and a lovely rich coffee shot. Not hugely complex, but still very good. Can't wait to try one in-house, out of a real cup.

    One of my favourites in Canberra. Worth the drive out to Kingston. A great vibe inside, service was excellent, coffee was great. Milk wasn't burnt, but not cool, coffee was extracted well and tasted smooth and full. A great experience, would definitely recommend it. Very well priced too!

    Went there because of it's good reputation. When the coffee finally arrive it was good. My FW was quite nice. The consistency of the milk was good and there was a very pleasant nutty bitterness. However it did leave quite a gritty feeling in the mouth.

    Stopped past for a coffee and some breakfast the other day. The setting in the bustling and hip green square in Kingston is nice, and if you can manage to snag a table inside on a cool Canberra morning you are doing well.

    Friend recommended it to me and had high expectations. While wasn't totally disappointed it was not as great as i thought it would be (my cap tasted thin). Serve was friendly and efficient. If I am in the area will go back again but won't go out of my way to revisit.

    Still serving exceptionally great piccolo even during peak hour. Good place to chill out with mates. The sexy waitress put the order wrong but change it quickly, friendly service.
