  Bottom line coffee is bad ! With so many new and exciting coffee places to go in ACT cream is not hitting the mark in the coffee stakes! Coffee is stale at the very best

  Very cool cafe right in the heart of Canberra City. Every time I have been to Canberra we have come to this place. It has a very cool vibe, and a great food menu. Sadly, on our most recent visit my opinion of this place has gone down hill, mainly due to the very average coffee.

  Havnt been here for a while. Coffee was petty average. Stale and over roasted. It's a shame great position. And service. Could make a killing by sorting the coffee out

  We can't miss a trip to cream when we are in Canberra! The decor is great and the coffee good. Hot choc should be their specialty... It is awesome!

  i like to compare cafes to cars, this particular cafe is like a hyundai motor with 500,000kms on it dressed up in the body of a ferrari trying to be sold for a million. coffee is shocking, food is incredibely overpriced crap, and the staff are arrogant.It is an outrage that these people profit...   Fairly run of the mill for Canberra. I always find my self jittery after coffee from here. Does not taste over extracted so I can only put it down to the coffee they use. Food is normally good and the staff are fairly attentive.

  One of my favourite places to grab a coffee in the morning! The staff are always friendly and generally someone greet's you at the door when you enter.

  Definitely has it's ups and downs. Don't go on a Sunday afternoon, the staff don't care you're there. However, Sunday morning breakfasts are AMAZING.   Consisetnly high standards for Coffee, food and service; well trained friendly staff make all the difference. One bad mark, they recently changed the coffee cups to the wide mouthed "swimming pools" and this is a retrograde stepp, coffe does not taste as good in these monstroseties.

  Coffee okish. They don't do double shots in a large cup which makes the coffee pretty weak. As others have observed it is overpriced and the service is pretentious.

  Service was swift if a little abrupt. Atmosphere felt very hurried. Food (cakes) was enjoyable. Coffee (ristretto) lacked in depth of flavour. Overall a pleasant place to eat if a little noisy.

  I gave it another chance and the coffee is still terrible and the service is rude. Hilarious watching their Barista's make coffee as if they know what they're doing.

  The coffee was run of the mill, corner shop coffee. Not bad, but certainly not great. The food however was very average and the service arrogant but they are obviously successful based on the position of the cafe. To sum it up, all style and no substance.
